Torrence Stepteau, MD
A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Dr. Torrence Stepteau received his bachelor of science in biology from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1993, he completed his medical doctorate from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Stepteau then fulfilled his internship through Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana and his anesthesiology residency through Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Stepteau concluded his pain management fellowship through Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
In the summer of 1998, Dr. Stepteau and his family moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, where he began working for DFW Anesthesia, now Pinnacle Anesthesia Consultants. Dr. Stepteau is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is Board Certified in Pain Management.
